Your data,
in plain words.

Two kinds of data pass through Pilotaj: what you give us when you book a call, and the documents your agent will handle. Here is what we do with them, with no small print.

When you book a call

We receive your first and last name, your work email, your role, your company name, the task you want to hand over, your time zone, where your visit came from (an advert, for example) and your mobile number, to confirm the call. If you provide them: your guests' email addresses.

We use this information to arrange and prepare the call. We don't sell it and don't use it for advertising. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics tools. It only keeps, for the length of your visit (browser session storage, cleared when you close the tab), where your visit came from and the agent you're interested in; we only receive them if you book.

Preparing the call

After you book, an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) prepares a brief on your company for us, using public, professional information only: official registers, your website, the press. It receives the company name, your email domain, your name, your role and the task you described. Nothing about your private life is looked up, no decision is made automatically, and Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

The call is only recorded and transcribed if you agreed to it when booking; you can withdraw that consent at any time, including at the start of the call.

Who receives this information

  • Google: calendar and Google Meet video calls.
  • Netlify: hosting the site, a copy of your request, storage of briefs.
  • Anthropic: preparing the call.
  • OVHcloud: the contact@ mailbox, hosted in France.
  • Twilio and Resend: automatic text messages and emails, only when these are switched on.

Google, Netlify, Anthropic, Twilio and Resend are based in, or process data in, the United States: these transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for providers that have signed up to it, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship lasts, and no more than three years after our last exchange if it doesn't continue.

The documents your agent handles

You choose where they are hosted: in a dedicated environment we run for you, or on your own servers. They are never used to train a public model. Our marketing and our demos never use a client's data: the examples are fictitious and marked “example”.

Your rights

You can access your information, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, obtain a copy, and object to the call preparation. Email contact@pilotaj.mu: we reply within one month. These rights are granted by the Data Protection Act 2017 (Mauritius) and the GDPR (European Union). You can also contact the Data Protection Office in Mauritius or the CNIL in France.

Data controller: Nexgen Labs Ltd (Pilotaj), a company incorporated in Mauritius, BRN C26239958.
