Step by step,
all the way to green.

How an AI agent joins your business: one task at a time, with no change to your software, and always with your approval.

The idea in one sentence

An AI agent is like a very diligent new trainee: you show it how you work, it learns, you check what it has understood, and then it does the same thing every day. And when it isn't sure, it raises its hand.

The steps

  1. Step 01 of 07Call

    A 30-minute call.

    In practice

Over video, Irshaad, the founder, asks you simple questions: what your team does every day, what takes the most time, which tools you use. No documents needed: describing the task is enough.

    What you receive
Concrete ideas: the tasks an agent could take on in your business, whether or not you work with us.
    Who approves
You decide whether to take it further. The call is free of charge and carries no obligation.
  2. Step 02 of 07Proposal

    A tailored proposal.

    In practice

We set out in writing what the agent will do, in what order, and what stays with your team. We start with a single task: the one that will save you the most time.

    What you receive
A written proposal, with a precise quote.
    Who approves
You. Nothing starts without your go-ahead.
  3. Step 03 of 07Set-up

    The agent joins your tools.

    In practice

We set the agent up where the work arrives: your email, your files, your software. Where your software allows it, a direct connection is built with you; otherwise, the agent works on screen just as a person would, or gives you files ready to import. Your team keeps its habits.

    What you receive
An agent installed where you choose: in a dedicated environment we run for you, or on your own servers.
    Who approves
You, or your IT lead: you are the one who grants access.
  4. Step 04 of 07Learning

It learns from your real documents.

    In practice

Like a new starter, the agent studies real examples: your invoices, your reports, your files. It picks up how you handle each case, from your habits to your exceptions.

    What you receive
A list of what it has understood, written in plain sentences. Example: “If the supplier is known and the VAT adds up, the invoice can go ahead.”
    Who approves
No one yet: at this stage, the agent does nothing on its own.
  5. Step 05 of 07Approval

    You approve its rules.

    In practice

You review its rules one by one and give each situation a light: green, the agent acts alone; amber, a member of your team checks; red, you decide.

    What you receive
Fixed rules, approved by you: same document, same result, every time.
    Who approves
You. A rule you haven't approved doesn't apply.
  6. Step 06 of 07At work

    It works every day.

    In practice

The agent applies your rules to every new document, without tiring. The AI is only used for unusual cases. And when it hesitates, it raises its hand: the document turns amber and waits for your team.

    What you receive
Work done the same way every time, with every action logged: who did what, and when.
    Who approves
Green: the agent goes ahead. Amber: your team. Red: you.
  7. Step 07 of 07Follow-up

    It improves with you.

    In practice

When your team corrects a case, the approved correction becomes a new rule. New suppliers, new cases, new formats: the agent learns them over time.

    What you receive
Monthly monitoring and a report: what the agent handled, what went amber or red, and possible next steps.
    Who approves
You, for every new rule. And when you're ready, you hand over a second task.
